Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–2 business days] after payment confirmation or order placement (for Cash on Delivery orders). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day or two — we'll notify you by call or message if there is a significant delay.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): [2–3 business days]

Shipping Charges

Delivery Partners

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery [2–3 times]. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us, and you may be charged for re-shipping.
